1. Confidentiality
All Prophetic Life Coaching Sessions are private and confidential. No information shared during sessions will be disclosed to any third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
2. No Recording
Recording or filming during any session is strictly prohibited. This ensures your privacy and the integrity of the session.
3. Entertainment and Disclaimers
Prophetic Life Coaching sessions are designed to offer insight, guidance, and inspiration. However, these services are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. All readings and coaching provided by Black Pearl are for entertainment purposes only. Any decisions you make based on the information provided are at your sole discretion.
4. Liability
While I strive to offer valuable insights, Black Pearl and its representatives are not responsible for any outcomes or actions taken based on the advice received during the sessions. By booking a session, you agree that you cannot hold Black Pearl Power LLC liable for any damages, losses, or adverse effects resulting from the guidance or information provided. This agreement is intended to be interpreted as a release of liability.
5. Booking and Attendance
Black Pearl operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST). It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are aware of the correct session time in their respective time zone and attend punctually. If you miss your scheduled session, no refund will be provided. Rescheduling a session requires booking and paying for a new session.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and insights shared through my website, social media pages, and coaching sessions are the exclusive property of Black Pearl. They may not be duplicated, reproduced, or distributed without written consent from Black Pearl.
At Black Pearl, we strive to ensure that each client has a fulfilling and enriching experience. Please review our refund policy before making any bookings or purchases.
1. No Refunds for Services
Once a session is booked, refunds will not be issued. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they attend the session at the scheduled time. All sessions are conducted in Eastern Standard Time (EST), and clients are responsible for adjusting to their local time zone.
2. Missed Sessions
If you miss your session, you forfeit your payment. Rescheduling requires booking and paying for a new session. Please make sure to attend at your designated time.
3. Right to Refuse Service
Black Pearl reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion. If it is determined that Black Pearl is unable to provide a service, a full refund will be issued for the booking in question.
4. Refunds for Spiritual Products
All spiritual products offered by Black Pearl are custom-made and handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of these items, they are non-refundable. Please be sure of your purchase before placing an order.
